Alfred Gill has more than three decades of experience in sustainable development, economic growth and community development.
Alfred Gill has more than three decades of experience in sustainable development, economic growth and community development.
As Executive Director of Neighborhoods For A Sustainable Future (N4SF), Alfred leads work connected to sustainable development, housing, clean energy, green and healthy homes and financial capability.
N4SF reports that its work has included the development of more than 300 housing units and community spaces, foreclosure prevention and homeownership counseling, and sustainable-development projects in Staten Island and Charlotte, North Carolina.
His work has also included Richmond Senior Services, Faith Initiatives Development Corporation and Sustainable Together, with projects involving community development, senior housing, aging in place, environmental justice and ESG partnerships.
Alfred is pursuing a PhD in Sustainable Development and Diplomacy from Euclid University and holds a Diploma in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) with distinction from the Corporate Governance Institute.
His education also includes a Master of Science in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University and advanced studies in organizational theory and behavior from the University of the West Indies.
Alfred has facilitated board and staff retreats, presented at national and international conferences and consulted on sustainable-development projects in the United States, the Caribbean and Africa.
He is a member of the International Consortium of Caribbean Professionals and the International Sustainability Council.
He also serves on the Advisory Board of the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
His current work remains focused on sustainable development and community-based housing, energy and economic initiatives.
